Lauren Pullen is a multimedia reporter with more than a half-decade of newsroom experience. Her career has taken her throughout the country and across the world, with her first break on the airwaves in Melbourne, Australia. Since then she's taken on roles as a videojournalist, news and sports reporter and primetime anchor. You can currently see Lauren anchoring the weekend news on Global Okanagan.

 

While she thrives off breaking news, Lauren's favourite stories are human interest. She got into journalism with the goal of telling people's stories in hopes of making (even a small) difference.

 

Lauren is an animal lover who loves exploring the Okanagan's beautiful backyard with her dog Nigel. She travels every chance she can get and is also an avid swimmer.
